Camarillo resident Samuel John Fisher graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree on Dec. 18. He was joined by nearly 700 graduates at the winter commencement ceremonies. The school is an evangelical Christian university east of Los Angeles.
