City to join county’s homeless consortium

 Committed to addressing homelessness in the city and beyond, Camarillo council members decided late last month to enter into a joint agreement to coordinate efforts with agencies across the county.
The decision was approved 5-0 during a Sept. 28 meeting as part of the consent calendar, an agenda item that bundles issues under a single vote.
