Area Realtors top best-seller list

Report ranks most productive agents

Multiple salespeople from offices in the Conejo, Las Virgenes and Simi valleys earned their way into the 2017 REAL Trends America’s Best Real Estate Agents report.

The report ranks the most productive residential real estate agents and teams in the U.S. based on closed transactions and sales volume in 2016.

To qualify for individual honors, agents had to be the buyer or seller agent in 50 transactions, or achieve at least $20 million in closed sales volume for 2016.

Teams needed 75 closed transactions or $30 million in closed sales volume.

The top local sales team and number 19 statewide is Marc and Rory Shevin from Berkshire Hathaway in Calabasas with more than $191 million in transactions last year.

“I am proud of them for all of their accomplishments,” Robert Foster, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Greater Los Angeles, said regarding his agents.

The top local agents are shown in the graph above.

The REAL Trends tracking service provides real estate valuations and assessments for client agencies nationwide.
