Century 21 Troop Real Estate returns to Santa Paula

George Morris, owner/partner of Century 21 Troop Real Estate, recently announced that the company will open an office at 744 E. Main St. in the same location where the Century 21 brand opened its first Santa Paula franchise in 1972.

“We are excited to return to Santa Paula with this historic new venture,” Morris said. “This brings many of our agents and the Century 21 brand full circle.”

In 2016, Ventura County market leader Troop Real Estate affiliated with Century 21 to become Century 21 Troop Real Estate.

The company recently acquired the Ventura County operations of Century 21 Hometown Realty. The acquisition opened the door for Century 21 Troop Real Estate to return to Santa Paula, where the two prior companies have a long history of success.

The new Santa Paula branch has 12 agents, including six veteran colleagues who have worked together before: Ralph Ramos, Judy Ohaco, Issac Flores, Dale King, Stuart Monteith and Kay Wilson- Bolton.

Wilson-Bolton has joined the group but will remain at her current office, 113 N. Mill St.

“We have a great opportunity to serve the real estate needs of this wonderful community and truly impact the local economy,” Morris said. “We’ve attracted a talented team with the highest levels of integrity and professionalism, and we are ready to go to work for Santa Paula.”
