Dilbeck congratulates top producing agent
There are many ways to measure success. Lech said he feels one of the best is by the number of clients helped and whether they were pleased with the advice and service they received. If an agent does his job well, his business grows.
Tim Freund has been one of the top producing agents in the valley for many years. And for many years his business has been increasing. True success in real estate is measured not just in dollars but in a growing number of satisfied clients.
Last year developed into a great year for Freund; he helped over 40 families buy and sell real estate. In dollars, he represented clients in the sale of over $36 million in real estate. On three transactions he represented both the buyer and seller.
Freund presents a strategic plan for every listing. This often begins with preparation before listing the home to ensure it achieves the highest price.
Sometimes Freund recommends upgrading some areas to enhance the value of the home. HGTV has many programs that show how homes can be improved to bring the highest price in the shortest amount of time.
Freund prides himself on getting an outstanding return on investment, according to Lech.
“He is one of our best local Realtors at helping home sellers get that accomplished,” Lech said.
Freund’s blog at therealestateconversation.com is read by many, and his analysis has been quoted as far away as the Washington Post newspaper.
Freund was born and raised in California. He is a graduate of UC Santa Barbara. He was originally on the sales team that sold most of the homes in Rancho Conejo, where he lives with his wife of 27 years and two children.
