Future rocket scientist?

PREPARE FOR LIFTOFF— Cornerstone Christian School fifth-grader Jennifer Frye, 10, builds a rocket she’ll launch with those of her fellow classmates at the Camarillo private school on Mon., Feb. 8 at 9 a.m. The rocket launch is part of a four-week course to teach the children about the art and science of aviation. As part of the program, students visited the Camarillo Aiprort, held classroom discussions and took a field trip to the Jet Propulsion Laboratory at the California Institute of Technology in Pasadena.
