Prudential Holds Seminar

Bob Majorino, broker/ owner of Prudential California Realty, led a seminar last week in the Thousand Oaks regional office.

Titled “Easy Moves,” the program was a thorough, step-by-step set of guidelines, instructing agents how to properly assist their clients. The Easy Moves presentation is geared to educating the clients as to all processes involved in professionally presenting, marketing, and negotiating the sale of their homes from the first meeting through the closing process.

Majorino said, “The purpose of ‘Easy Moves’ is to have the client become a partner to the agent in doing all possible to sell the property in the least amount of time at the least amount of inconvenience to the client. In this manner, the client can rest assured that their best interests are being looked after at all times, and that they are making a good investment by hiring a Prudential California Realty associate to sell their home.”
