Thieves stole less than $400 in property from a storage shed at Berylwood Tree Farm, 1048 E. La Loma Avenue in Somis, sometime between Oct. 23 and 26.
Two cellphones—valued at $100 each—were stolen from an unlocked car parked in the 2200 block of Farnsworth Street sometime between Oct. 15 and 29.
Sometime between Oct. 26 and 27, a car parked in the 700 block of Paseo Camarillo was burglarized. A reported $165 in property was stolen.
Sometime between Oct. 26 and 27, a truck trailer parked in the 100 block of Bajo Agua Way was burglarized. The victim reported $800 in stolen constriction equipment.
About $900 in landscaping equipment was stolen from the back of a truck parked in the 2200 block of N. Woodcreek Road on Oct. 27.
Sometime between Oct. 28 and 29, a car parked in the 1900 block of Euclid Avenue was burglarized. The victim reported $600 in stolen property and $300 in damage.
Vandals caused less than $400 in damage to a business in the 300 block of Arneill Road sometime between Oct. 28 and 29.
A 21-year-old woman was arrested Oct. 29 in the 400 block of Walker Avenue on charges of petty theft.
A 35-year-old man was cited and released Oct. 29 for allegedly drinking in public in the 200 block of N. Glenn Drive.
A 53-year-old man was cited and released Oct. 27 on suspicion of driving with a suspended license after he was involved in a traffic collision near Pleasant Valley Road and Ridgeview Street. The man’s license had been suspended because he had been convicted of driving while under the influence of a controlled substance.
A 29-year-old man was arrested Oct. 29 in the 1200 block of Durkin Street on multiple charges including hitting a police officer and kicking the inside of a patrol car and causing damage.
A car parked in the 1800 block of Ondo Drive was burglarized sometime between Oct. 29 and 30. More than $400 in property was reported stolen.
A car parked in the 500 block of Calle La Roda was burglarized Oct. 29 or 30. The victim reported $30 in stolen property.
A reported $11,700 in property was reported stolen from two work trucks parked near Monte Vista and Viejo drives sometime between Oct. 29 and 30.
A 24-year-old man was arrested Oct. 30 in the 1700 block of E. Ventura Boulevard after he allegedly tried to cash a forged check for $1,438 at a nearby bank. When stopped by police, the man also allegedly had prescription medication without a prescription.
A dog was stolen from the Camarillo Animal Shelter, 600 Aviation Way, on Oct. 30. The dog was estimated to be worth $165.
A debit card was stolen from an unlocked car parked in the 600 block of Ventura Boulevard sometime between Oct. 30 and Nov. 1. The victim reported that the card was then used to make unauthorized purchases.
More than $400 in property was stolen from a locked trailer parked in the 1200 block of Calle Suerte sometime between Oct. 30 and Nov. 1.
A 22-year-old man was arrested Oct. 31 near Arneill Road and Rocklyn Street on multiple charges, including three warrants stemming from an earlier charge of selling alcohol to a minor. The man, who reportedly said he was a gang member, was also charged with resisting an order from a police officer and street terrorism after telling the arresting officer that he would “kill” him. Police said the man was trying to intimidate and coerce the deputy into releasing him by fear of death.
A 50-year-old man was arrested Nov. 1 in the 1900 block of E. Daily Drive on an out-of-county warrant stemming from an earlier arrest for domestic abuse.
Two males, both 18, were arrested Oct. 28 at Frontier High School, 545 Airport Way, on misdemeanor vandalism charges in connection with incidents on Temple Avenue and Lewis Road in August. The two were also charged with felonies because the vandalisms were for the benefit of a street gang.
Vandals caused more than $400 in damage to three vehicles parked near Ponderosa Drive and Mobil Avenue on Oct. 31. One of the vehicles belonged to the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department.
Sometime between Oct. 31 and Nov. 1, a vandal used a sharp object to scratch the paint of a car parked in the 4600 block of Del Rayo, causing more than $400 in damage.
Vandals threw eggs and a large rock at a car parked in the 2600 block of Gemini Court sometime between Oct. 31 and Nov. 1.
Less than $400 in property was shoplifted from CVS Pharmacy, 351 Carmen Road, on Nov. 1.
A reported $890 in property was stolen from a home in the 80 block of Raemere Street on Nov. 1.

stolen from an unlocked car parked in the 3800 block of Golden Pond Drive sometime between Nov. 1 and 2.
A reported $25 in property was stolen from an unlocked car parked in the 300 block of Brister Park sometime between Nov. 1 and 2.
A reported $200 in property was stolen from an unlocked car parked in the 3500 block of E. Elma Street sometime between Nov. 1 and 2.
A reported $700 in property was stolen from an unlocked car parked in the 3700 block of Fountain Street sometime between Nov. 1 and 2.
A 33-year-old man was arrested Nov. 2 and charged with shoplifting from the Kmart store, 940 Arneill Road. When stopped by police, the man allegedly gave deputies a fake name. He was also suspected of being under the influence of drugs. Police said the man was on parole and wanted in connection with previous crimes.
More than $2,400 in merchandise was stolen from the Home Depot hardware store, 401 W. Ventura Blvd. on Nov. 2.
Between Oct. 27 and Nov. 2, police reported arresting seven people on suspicion of driving without a license or driving with a suspended license. During that same time period, five people were arrested and charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, 14 people were arrested on various drug charges and two people were arrested for reportedly being drunk in public.
