Sometime between Sept. 27 and Oct. 3, thieves stole $1,800 in property from a storage locker in the 700 block of Paseo Camarillo.
Vandals caused less than $400 in damage to city property in the 500, 700, 800 and 900 blocks of Flynn Road and the 3100 block of Mission Oaks Boulevard sometime between Sept. 28 and 29. The same vandals also caused less than $400 in damage to a U-Haul truck in the 900 block of Flynn Road and a business park monument in the 3600 block of Via Pescador Road.
Vandals caused less than $400 in damage to a business in the 3700 block of Via Pescador on Sept. 29.
A 15-year-old boy was arrested Sept. 29 in the 4400 block of Via Aciando on misdeamoner battery charges.
Between Sept. 29 and 30, police arrested five people in three separate rooms at the Motel 6, 1641 Daily Drive, on various drug-related charges.
Sometime between Sept. 29 and 30, vandals smashed two windows at the Assembly of God church, 579 Anacapa Ave.
It was reported Sept. 30 that a bicycle was stolen in the 2100 block of Pickwick Drive on Sept. 28.
A 24-year-old man was arrested Sept. 30 in the 2600 block of E. Ventura Boulevard on charges of petty theft.
A reported $550 in lawn equipment was stolen from an unlocked car parked in the 5200 block of Kingsgrove Drive on Sept. 30.
Sometime between Sept. 30 and Oct. 1, vandals slashed the tires of a car parked in the 1700 block of Jose Avenue.
Sometime between Sept. 30 and Oct. 2, someone broke into a trailer parked in the 400 block of Camarillo Center Drive. Nothing was reported stolen.
It was reported Oct. 1 that vandals caused about $100 in damage to Griffin Family Funeral Chapel, 1075 E. Daily Drive, sometime between Sept. 22 and 24.
A 26-year-old man was arrested Oct. 1 near the corner of Las Posas Road and Daily Drive on an outstanding felony warrant stemming from an earlier arrest made in another state.
A 23-year-old man was arrested Oct. 1 at St. John’s Pleasant Valley Hospital, 2309 Anotonio Ave., for two misdemeanor drug charges and on one felony charge of being in possession of a deadly weapon, a pair of nunchaku.
A 55-year-old man was arrested Oct. 1 in the 800 block of Paseo Camarillo for allegedly being in possession of a deadly weapon, a wooden club, violating the terms of his probation.
A 43-year-old man was arrested Oct. 1 in the 800 block of N. Lantana Street for allegedly pushing and hitting his teenage son.
A reported $380 in property was stolen from an unlocked car parked in the 5700 block of Cherryridge sometime between Oct. 1 and 2.
Sometime between Oct. 1 and 2, a DVD player was stolen from a car parked in the 5400 block of Hollyridge Drive. Thieves also stole more than $1,000 in property from another unlocked car parked on the same block that night.
A reported $50 in property was stolen from a business in the 900 block of Pancho Road sometime between Oct. 1 and 2. Police are still investigating.
On Oct. 2, sometime between 3 p.m. and 5:30 p.m., burglars attempted to break into a home in the 5200 block of Buena Mesa Court. The homeowner reported that several window screens had been removed.
Unknown assailants threw water balloons at a 52-year-old man and 46-year-old woman Oct. 2 in the 2600 block of Ponderosa Road, causing minor injuries to the two victims.
A 24-year-old man was arrested Oct. 2 near the corner of Fulton Street and Ponderosa Drive on seven warrants stemming from an earlier arrest for multiple driving violations.
A home in the 600 block of Corte Campanero was burglarized sometime between 5 a.m. and 6 p.m. A reported $117,000 in cash was stolen from the home.
It was reported Oct. 2 that on Aug. 13, someone cashed a forged check at Rabobank, 470 Arneill Road.
Sometime between Oct. 2 and 4, vandals caused $200 in damage to a car parked in the 600 block of E. Ventura Boulevard.
More than $400 in property was stolen from an unlocked car parked in the 50 block of Maxine Drive sometime between Oct. 2 and 3.
A thief stole less than $400 in property from an unlocked car parked in the 1100 block of Milligan Drive sometime between Oct. 2 and 3.
A 27-year-old man was arrested Oct. 3 near the corner of Brently Avenue and Daily Drive for allegedly being in possession of a deadly weapon, a tire iron, and for being under the influence of drugs. Police also charged him with an outstanding misdemeanor warrant stemming from an earlier arrest for drunk driving.
Two men, ages 40 and 43, were arrested Oct. 4 at Ventura Boulevard and Genieve Street for allegedly fighting in public while drunk.
A 43-year-old man was arrested Oct. 4 in the 4500 block of North Street for allegedly banging on the wall of an adjoining apartment and for pushing another man.
An 18-year-old man was arrested Oct. 4 in the 200 block of Arneill Road on nine charges— three of which were felonies—for multiple drug-related offenses, including possession of a deadly weapon, a baton used by police officers.
Between Sept. 29 and Oct. 5, police reported arresting four people on suspicion of driving without a license or driving with a suspended license. During that same time period, four people were arrested and charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, 18 people were arrested on various drug charges and two people were arrested for reportedly being drunk in public.
