A 22-year-old is wanted for allegedly stealing $5,500 in jewelry from a home in the 900 block of Easton Street sometime between July 18 and 25.

Sometime between July 19 and 22, a car parked in the 1900 block of Santo Domingo was burglarized. The victim reported $100 in damage and lost property.

A 43-year-old woman was cited and released July 20 for allegedly shoplifting from the Kmart store, 940 Arneill Road.

A 43-year-old man was cited and released July 20 in the 600 block of McCloud Avenue in Thousand Oaks for allegedly breaking a restraining order in the 800 block of Calle Los Gatos on July 7.

Three males, a 16-year-old and two 17-year-olds, were arrested July 21 in the 40 block of La Crescenta Drive for allegedly entering a house without permission.

It was reported July 21 that sometime between June 25 and July 1 someone stole more than $1,500 in property from a bedroom in a home in the 3500 block of Castano Drive.

Three men, ages 20, 21 and 26, are wanted for allegedly punching a 22-year-old July 21 in the 4900 block of Verdugo Way.

It was reported July 22 that on July 20 someone stole more than $19,000 in property from a home in the 1600 block of Mariano Street.

A shoplifter stole less than $400 in merchandise from the Calvin Klein store, 740 E. Ventura Blvd., on July 22.

A 19-year-old male was arrested July 22 in the 5200 block of Mission Oaks Boulevard for allegedly stealing a 30-pack of Coors Light beer.

A 52-year-old man was arrested July 22 in the 1500 block of Heritage Trail and charged with breaking a restraining order.

Vandals caused less than $400 in damage to the ZZYZX Cafe, 33 N. Lewis Road, sometime between July 22 and 24.

A 24-year-old man was arrested July 23 in the 4400 block of Via Aciando for allegedly hitting his sister and then preventing her from calling the police. The man was also on parole.

A 21-year-old man was cited and released July 21 on suspicion of drinking in public and being in possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

Sometime between July 23 and 24, someone stole electronic equipment from a building in the 4600 block of Marrisa Way.

A 29-year-old man was arrested July 24 near Lewis Road and Daily Drive on two outstanding local warrants and charges of fraudulent use of a credit card, possession of marijuana while driving and not having a current car registration.

Two males, both 17, were arrested July 24 for allegedly stealing a backpack from a 19yearold male on Adolfo Road. The victim reported $876 in stolen property and said his medical marijuana was also stolen. The victim also said the suspects used a skateboard to threaten him.

It was reported July 24 that someone stole a woman’s purse from a shopping cart in the Target store parking lot, 209 W. Ventura Blvd., on July 15. The victim reported $1,300 in stolen property.

It was reported July 24 that a car parked in the 200 block of S. Glenn Drive was burglarized.

Thieves stole $100 in property from cars parked in the open garage of a home in the 2500 block of Leafwood Drive on July 25.

A 21-year-old woman was arrested July 26 in the 2500 block of E. Las Posas Road on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant stemming from an earlier arrest on a charge of petty theft.

A 29-year-old man was arrested July 27 in the 2300 block of Antonio Avenue for allegedly riding his bike while drunk. The man was also on parole.

A 58-year-old man was arrested July 23 in the 1300 block of Martin Luther King Drive in Oxnard for allegedly stealing about $220 in merchandise from Vons, 820 Arneill Road, July 7. The man had a prior conviction for theft.

A 31-year-old man was arrested July 25 in the 5600 block of Summerfield Street for allegedly making criminal threats.

Sometime between July 26 and 27, a car parked near Golden Pond and Picket Avenue was burglarized. A reported $3,320 in property was stolen.

A car parked in the 300 block of Sycamore Cottage Court was burglarized sometime between July 26 and 27. The victim reported $260 in damage and stolen property.

Vandals used a BB gun to shoot out the rear window of a car parked in the 300 block of Mira Flores Court sometime between July 26 and 27.

A car parked in the 500 block of Town Forrest was burglarized July 27. Nothing was reported stolen.

A 40-year-old man was arrested July 27 in the 1600 block of E. Daily Drive on a felony parole warrant issued outside Ventura County.

Between July 21 and 27, police reported arresting four people on suspicion of driving without a license or driving with a suspended license. During that same time period, seven people were arrested and charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, and 15 people were arrested on various drug charges.
