Homeowners told to limit sprinkler use to 15 minutes

The City Council last week declared Camarillo to be in a Stage 1 drought condition, requiring water users to cut consumption by 15 percent and limit landscape watering to four days a week.
On July 22 the council approved four stages of water conservation that range from the 15 percent reduction to a ban on washing vehicles and watering lawns. More...
