Sometime between July 5 and 6, a thief stole less than $100 in property from a car parked in the 300 block of Spindlewood Avenue.

A 20-year-old male was attacked by unknown assailants on Barry Street around 7:30 p.m. on July 6. The man was reportedly hit with a small bat and taken to a nearby hospital for his injuries.

Sometime between July 7 and 6, a vandal threw an egg at a car parked in the 3300 block of Bridgehampton Way and caused $200 in damage. The vandal also pelted another car parked in the 3500 block of Bridgehampton Way with an egg.

Burglars stole $2,700 In property from an unlocked home in the 1600 block of Calle La Cumbre on July 7 sometime between 8:30 a.m. and 8 p.m.

An 18-year-old male was arrested July 7 near the corner of Mobil Avenue and Ponderosa Drive on charges of grand theft and for being in possession of burglary tools. The teen allegedly stole over $2,000 in tools from the bed of a truck parked in the 3800 block of East Park sometime between July 6 and 7.

Vandals caused more than $400 in damage to city owned property near the intersection of Mission Oaks Boulevard and Creekside Road sometime between July 7 and 8. The same vandals also damaged property near the corner of Mission Oaks Plaza and Mission Oaks Boulevard.

A 20-year-old female cashier was arrested July 8 for allegedly embezzling $1,800 from Polo Ralph Lauren, 950 Camarillo Center Drive.

Less than $400 in property was stolen from an unlocked car parked in the 1900 block of E. Bancroft Street on July 8.

On July 9, a 25-year-old man in the 2300 block of Brookhill Drive was reportedly swindled out of $2,950 when he did not receive a motorcycle he had purchased online.

A 47-year-old woman was arrested July 11 in the 200 block of Anacapa Drive and charged with battery for allegedly hitting a 42yearold woman.

A 21-year-old man was arrested July 11 in the 200 block of Fulton Street on charges of obstructing a police officer in the line of duty.

A 51-year-old man was arrested July 11 near the intersection of Dawson and Pleasant Valley roads for allegedly being involved in a hitand-run accident while driving drunk near the corner of Ventura Boulevard and Lewis Road.

Sometime between July 11 and 12, someone stole $500 in property from the front yard of a home in the 1900 block of Marco Drive. Sometime between July 11 and 13, thieves stole $5,000 in property from a construction site near the corner of Lewis Road and Dawson Drive.

A 19-year-old man was arrested July 12 in the 300 block of Jalisco Court on charges of battery. A vandal caused over $400 in damage to a car parked in the 1000 block of Gemini Avenue on July 12.

A bicycle was stolen in the 600 block of N. Las Posas Road on July 12.

A reported $735 in property was stolen from an unlocked car parked in the 700 block of Jay Avenue sometime between July 12 and 13.

Sometime between July 12 and 13, $905 in property was stolen from an unlocked car parked in the 900 block of Paseo Camarillo.

It was reported July 13 that sometime between July 5 and 12, vandals caused less than $400 in damage to a wall in the 600 block of Lantana Street.

A 40-year-old man was arrested July 13 for allegedly shoplifting from Kmart, 940 Arneill Road.

Three young men were reportedly mugged at knifepoint by five males who demanded the trio of men give up their hats and jackets in the 1700 block of Ventura Boulevard on July 13.

Between July 7 and 13, police reported arresting three people on suspicion of driving without a license or driving with a suspended license. During that same time period, five people were arrested and charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, six people were arrested on various drug charges and five people were arrested for allegedly being drunk in public.
