SCIENTIFIC-MINDED— Julius Acero, a student at Cornerstone Christian School, won the Association of Christian Schools International District Science Fair in the physical science category April 3. ACSI held the junior and senior high school regional science fair at Biola University in La Mirada, Calif. Acero won for his project "Making a Homemade Fuel: A Study of Ethanol." The Camarillo private school was one of 44 Christian schools to compete in the contest. Other Cornerstone Christian students participating in the event were Dylan Rader, Fred Parr and Kyleigh Aguilar. More ...
