Los Robles Hospital names Angle new CEO
      Greg Angle began work on Monday as president and chief executive officer of Los Robles Hospital and Medical Center. Angle, who moved his family from Arizona to Ventura County, said he was looking forward to living in Thousand Oaks, which he described as a beautiful, family oriented community with good schools.

Wine tasting fundraiser needs sponsors
      Meadowlark Service League is seeking sponsors for the 22nd annual A Taste of Camarillo Wine and Food Festival on July 26 and Wine Auction Gala and Dinner on July 25. The organization has lost some of its past sponsors although the charities the league supports are in need of funds more than ever.

Moving art
     CREATIVE PROJECT— Santa Rosa Technology Magnet School kindergartner Michael Filgas shows off his tank made of soda cans at "Santa Rosa's Kindergarten Transportation Museum" in the school's multipurpose room on April 10. Three kindergarten classes made vehicles of all shapes and sizes from recycled household materials. The students then created watercolor paintings, hand drawings and computer graphic representations of their masterpieces. The students displayed their vehicles while the entire school toured the museum.

      The age of Basil Dalseme was incorrect in the April 24 article "Croquet, anyone?" He is 86 years old. In the same article, the location of where the croquet group was set to meet was also incorrect. The correct location is Heritage Park in Camarillo.
