Two Luxury Single-Story Homesites Now Available In New Rancho Conejo Village Neighborhood

Two luxury single-story homesites are available in the new phase-released Saturday at Montecito, a neighborhood of new luxury homes in Rancho Conejo Village, Thousand Oaks' premier private, gated community, according to the developer, S&S Construction Co.

Prices begin in the low $800,000s, with 4 percent broker cooperation offered on the homes. Montecito's one and twostory floor plans feature up to five bedrooms and 5½ baths in up to 4,297 square feet of living space.

Featured are gourmet kitchens with slab granite countertops, maple cabinetry and GE Monogram stainless steel appliances including builtin refrigerators, large master suites with marble master baths and Jacuzzi tubs.

Other included amenities are concrete tile roofs, triple garages with roll-up doors, towering ceilings, wood-burning fireplaces, formal dining rooms and refrigerated air conditioning.

Rancho Conejo Village is served by two private recreation centers with swimming pools and spas for the exclusive use of residents and guests.
