Sometime between March 2 and 23, someone stole a $450 brass valve from the outside of Ventura County Radiation Oncology Medical Group, 5301 Mission Oaks Blvd.

Sometime between March 23 and 24, vandals caused about $100 in damage to a business in the 400 block of Rosewood Avenue by writing on a park bench with a permanent marker.

Three boys, two 13-year-olds and a 15-year-old, were arrested March 24 at Gateway School, 200 Horizon Circle, and charged with fighting on campus.

It was reported March 24 that sometime between March 20 and 23 vandals caused $100 in damage to a business in the 300 block of Arneill Road.

A bicycle was stolen from an open garage in the 5100 block of Corte Vistora March 24.

On March 24, vandals used a permanent marker to deface a utility box in the 700 block of Mobile Avenue.

A locked moving van was burglarized sometime between March 24 and 25 in the 400 block of Calle San Pablo. The victim reported $60 in damage and $130 in stolen property.

A 37-year-old woman was arrested March 25 at the Kmart store, 940 Arneill Road, and charged with shoplifting less than $400 in merchandise.

A 23-year-old man was arrested March 27 in the 20 block of Raemere Street on three misdemeanor warrants stemming from his alleged failure to appear in court for earlier charges.

Burglars broke into the Coach store, 900 Camarillo Center Drive, on March 27 around 1 a.m. and stole 55 purses worth more than $6,000.

A home in the 400 block of Yorba Linda Place was burglarized March 27 sometime between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. The victim reported nearly $7,000 in stolen property.

A 32-year-old woman was arrested March 27 in the 700 block of Aileen Street on charges of physical child abuse in the 200 block of Paseo Loma.

Vandals smashed the headlights of a car parked in the 5100 block of Camino Ruiz on March 27.

A 56-year-old man was cited and released March 27 for allegedly drinking in public on Lomita Street.

A 39yearold man and 28yearold woman were arrested March 27 near Las Posas Road and Charter Oak Drive and charged with stealing an undisclosed amount of merchandise from the Rite Aid store, 2550 E. Las Posas Road. The pair were also charged with being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Sometime between March 27 and 29, vandals caused about $250 in damage to property in the 4400 block of Verdugo Way.

A female shoplifter stole a pair of shoes from a store in the 900 block of Camarillo Center Drive on March 28.

Burglars stole 300 bags of fertilizer from Marz Farms, 3745 Los Angeles Ave. in Somis, on March 28.

Vandals slashed the tires of a car parked in the 100 block of Marker Avenue on March 28.

A 26-year-old man was hit in the head with multiple beer bottles by unknown assailants on March 28 in the 2200 block of Pickwick Drive.

A 28-year-old man was arrested March 29 in the 2800 block of Waverly Avenue on multiple charges, including parole violation, resisting arrest, being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of a methamphetamine pipe.

A 44-year-old woman was arrested March 27 at the Rite Aid store, 2550 Las Posas Road, on multiple felony drug charges for allegedly being in possession of marijuana.

A 21-year-old man, allegedly on probation, was arrested March 30 near Saturn and Shalimar streets on a charge of being in possession of ammunition.

Between March 24 and 29, police reported arresting three people on suspicion of driving without a license or driving with a suspended license. During that same time period, four people were arrested and charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, 18 people were arrested on various drug charges, and one person was arrested for allegedly being drunk in public.
