Motorist sheds light on problem with traffic signals
      In regards to the Feb. 20 article "New traffic signals on Santa Rosa Road," I feel you aren't portraying the new lights in a manner that says how most of the people who use Santa Rosa Road feel. Santa Rosa Road is a very much needed way to get to Simi, Thousand Oaks and Moorpark.
