Stop paying California representatives

To all California politicians: Your job is to serve the people of the state of California, not to draw a paycheck for failure to serve. Until you and our other government representatives actually do your job, I respectfully suggest that you refuse to accept a paycheck while Californians get stiffed.

Further, I request that you cause a change in the state constitution to reflect that failure to properly budget is cause for pay forfeiture until such budget is passed.
