Villas at the Park, a 58-unit apartment community in Camarillo, is available for lease. The 10-building complex is part of the Village at the Park master planned community being constructed by McCook Development.

"Villas at the Park emphasizes healthy lifestyles and a 'live where you play' philosophy," said Pierre Tada, principal at Granite Peak Partners, Inc., a real estate investment advisor.

The units are across the street from the Camarillo Family YMCA and within walking distance of a 55-acre sports park. There are plans to open retail stores and medical offices nearby.
