Counselor offers her services over the phone

Mediator and anger management counselor Caroline Neeley has set up a telephone counseling service.

Clients may e-mail Neeley's associate Ross Paisley at rosspaisley660@yahoo.com, or visit www.carolineneeley.com and click on the telephone counseling link, and request a day and time.

Once an appointment is set, clients will receive, via e-mail, a toll-free number to use for their counseling session.
