Julie Nolan

Veteran agent Julie Nolan of Prudential California Realty's Thousand Oaks office received congratulations from broker/owner Bob Majorino and the management of Prudential California Realty for achieving Quality Service Certified Platinum.

In a letter from Larry D. Romito, President and CEO of QSC, Nolan received the recognition by achieving 100 percent client satisfaction based on survey results for the year 2007.

Clients of QSC agents receive a customer satisfaction survey at the end of each transaction. Quality Service Certified status is the only award in the real estate industry based on independently validated, measurable service results.

At the company's February awards banquet, Nolan was recognized for her QSC status, and she earned Prudential's Leading Edge Society Award for her excellent production in 2007. Additionally, she was one of only two of Prudential California Realty's 260 plus agents to earn Top Outgoing Referring Agent from the company's relocation department.
