Hospice welcomes public to annual spring garden tour

Camarillo Hospice will hold its 12th annual spring garden tour from noon to 4 p.m. Sun., May 4.

The home gardens of Barbara and Shaun Patterson, Marta and Mark Shamblin, Kim and Dave Stephenson, and Lois and Jim Wasson will be open to the ticketholding public, as will the Donohue Healing Garden at St. John's Pleasant Valley Hospital.

Docents will be on hand to help direct self-guided tours.

The tour also features live music, free refreshments, a boutique, opportunity drawings and artwork by local artists.

Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 the day of the tour, and can be purchased at the Camarillo Hospice office, 400 Rosewood Ave., Ste. 102, Camarillo.

Tickets may also be purchased at the Camarillo Hospice Certified Farmers' Market on Saturdays or at B&B Hardware, Earl Joseph Shoes, Home Furniture, Maravilla Gardens, Oasis Patio and Garden in Ventura and Armstrong Nursery in Thousand Oaks.
