A car stereo was stolen from a vehicle parked in the 500 block of Lantana Street sometime between March 1 and 28.

An iPod and a stereo were stolen from a locked car parked in the 700 block of Paseo Camarillo sometime between March 26 and 27.

An 18-year-old male was arrested March 27 at the Ventura County Main Jail, 800 S. Victoria Blvd., for allegedly causing less than $400 in damage to property at Mission Oaks Boulevard near Calleguas Creek.

An 18-year-old male was arrested March 31 and charged with stealing a $700 bathtub from the Home Depot hardware store, 409 W. Ventura Blvd., on March 27.

More than $800 in merchandise was stolen from the Sunglass Hut, 740 E. Ventura Blvd. on March 28.

An 18-year-old male was arrested in March in Oxnard and charged with vandalizing two bathrooms and the elevator at the Camarillo Public Library, 4101 Las Posas Road, in May 2007. Police are also charging the teen with gang enhancement.

A shoplifter stole a shopping cart full of merchandise from the Smart and Final grocery store, 389 Arneill Road, on March 29.

A car parked in the 5200 block of Via Calderon was burglarized March 30.

Burglars broke into a pair of businesses in the 6000 block of Los Angeles Avenue sometime between March 30 and 31.

A car parked in the 600 block of N. Las Posas Road was burglarized sometime between March 30 and April 1. An undisclosed amount of property was stolen.

A 23-year-old man was arrested March 31 at the Ventura County Main Jail, 800 S. Victoria Blvd., and charged with stealing from a store in the 200 block of W. Ventura Boulevard on March 4.

A driver's license and a Visa gift card were stolen from a wallet at a business in the 1100 block of E. Ventura Boulevard sometime between March 31 and April 1.

A car parked in the 300 block of Village Commons Drive was burglarized sometime between March 31 and April 1.

Burglars broke into the Round Table Pizza restaurant, 880 Arneill Road, and stole the pizzeria's safe sometime between March 31 and April 1. The safe contained more than $1,200 in cash.

A juvenile living at Casa Pacifica, 1722 S. Lewis Road, was arrested on charges of causing about $400 in damage to the children's shelter on March 31.

An 18-year-old female was arrested March 31 for allegedly stealing an undisclosed amount of merchandise from the Kmart store, 940 Arneill Road.

Burglars stole a laptop computer and a backpack from an unlocked home in the 600 block of Corrente Court sometime between March 31 and April 1.

An 18-year-old male was arrested March 31 and charged with shoplifting from the Kmart store, 940 Arneill Road.

On April 2 or 3, sometime between 10:30 p.m. and 5 a.m., burglars used two large rocks to smash the office window of a home in the 30 block of Via Terrasol. The burglars then used a putting green hole marker to reach through the broken window and steal the victim's purse.

A thief stole $700 in cash from a wallet in the 300 block of Carmen Drive on April 3.

An 18-year-old female was arrested April 3 on a charge of shoplifting from the Target store, 409 W. Ventura Blvd.

Nearly $3,000 in property was stolen from a business located at Center School Road and Los Angeles Avenue sometime between April 3 and 4.

More than $2,400 in property was stolen from an unlocked home in the 5100 block of Galano Drive on April 4 sometime between 1 and 3:25 p.m.

A 41-year-old man was severely beaten by an assailant wielding a metal flashlight near Kenneth and Ida streets on April 4 around 9:30 p.m. According to police, the assault was sparked by a road rage incident between the victim and the assailant. The victim was taken to a hospital to be treated for his injuries.

A 41-year-old man was arrested April 4 in the 5300 block of Plata Rosa Court on charges of spousal battery.

Someone stole $450 in cash from a wallet at Spanish Hills Country Club, 999 Crestview Ave., on April 5.

Vandals caused about $200 in damages to a home in the 3700 block of Dufau Road on April 5.

A 49-year-old woman reportedly left her work furlough program while under the custody of the Ventura County Sheriff's Department in the 500 block of Eubanks Street sometime between April 5 and 6.

Burglars stole electronics from a car parked in the 10 block of Raemere Street sometime between April 5 and 6.

A juvenile staying at Casa Pacifica children's shelter, 1722 S. Lewis Road, was arrested April 6 for allegedly throwing a bicycle and striking a worker at the facility.

Between March 28 and April 6, police reported arresting 31 people on suspicion of driving without a license or driving with a suspended license. During that same time period, four people were arrested and charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, 14 people were arrested on various drug charges and three were arrested for allegedly being drunk in public.
