Bank makes $10,000 donation

Santa Barbara Bank and Trust has made a sponsorship gift of $10,000 to Livingston Memorial Visiting Nurse Association.

The trust has designated the funds to be used to modernize the existing Livingston Education Room. The upgrade will provide a stateoftheart learning environment for the staff and community.

The Livingston Education Room is the main classroom for Livingston's Home Health Registered Nurse Re-entry Program, continuing education programs, home health aide programs and basic life support classes.

The gift was made in conjunction with Livingston's upcoming 60th anniversary Gala Celebration, which will be held Sat., May 17 at the Hummingbird Nest Ranch in Simi Valley.

Livingston Memorial Visiting Nurse Association is a nonprofit agency that provides healthcare in the home for the sick, handicapped, elderly and homebound.
