CONGRATULATIONS- Debbie Rice, owner of Fast Frame on Ventura Boulevard in Old Town Camarillo, accepts the award for the Camarillo Chamber of Commerce's Entrepreneur of the Year during an awards dinner at Las Posas Country Club on March 8. Rice was accidentally omitted from last week's pictorial featuring the winners of the Top Ten Community Awards. The editor regrets the error.
