A student at Adolfo Camarillo High School, 4660 Mission Oaks Boulevard, was arrested on battery charges at the school Feb. 28 for allegedly grabbing and squeezing the hand of a teacher.

A thief stole copper wire from a United States government building, 3760 Calle Tecate, sometime between Feb. 1 and March 6.

An 18-year-old male was arrested March 4 in the 900 block of Camarillo Center Drive for allegedly shoplifting from Lucky Brand Jeans clothing store.

Two males, both 19, were arrested March 5 for allegedly trying to steal liquor bottles from the CVS Pharmacy, 5259 Mission Oaks Blvd.

Burglars broke into a locked building at Solimer Farms, 5352 Beardsley Road, sometime between March 4 and 5. An undisclosed amount of property was taken.

A thief stole the drive shaft from a vehicle parked at a business in the 600 block of Via Alondra sometime between March 5 and 6.

A car parked in the 60 block of E. Los Angeles Avenue in Somis was burglarized March 6. An undisclosed amount of property was stolen.

Two teens, ages 16 and 17, were arrested March 6 and charged with shoplifting from the Nautica clothing store, 740 E. Ventura Blvd.

Burglars broke into Hydrojet, 3968 Camino Ranchero Road, sometime between March 5 and 6 and stole several pieces of equipment worth about $4,000.

Three men were robbed at gunpoint by two thieves in the 4900 block of Verdugo Way on March 6 around 1:15 a.m.

Burglars tried to break into a home in the 400 block of Staunton Street on March 6 sometime between 7:45 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. A sliding glass door was damaged in the attempted burglary.

A 30-year-old woman was arrested March 6 in the 2000 block of Ventura Boulevard on multiple felony charges, including burglary.

An undisclosed amount of property was stolen from Gold Coast Erectors, 1260 Avenida Acaso, sometime between March 6 and 7.

A $1,500 laptop was stolen from an unlocked car parked in the 4900 block of Verdugo Way sometime between March 6 and 7.

A 39-year-old man was arrested March 7 on charges of spousal abuse in the 400 block of Calle Higuera.

An unknown arsonist set fire to a storage area behind Abbey Carpet and the Christian Bookstore, both in the 1700 block of Ventura Boulevard, sometime between March 7 and 8.

A car parked in the 5700 block of Summerfield Street was burglarized sometime between March 7 and 8. The thief also popped the victim's tire.

Two cars, both parked in the driveway of a home in the 3600 block of E. Almendro Way, were burglarized March 8. The victims reported $200 in damages.

A 37-year-old woman was arrested March 8 in the 1500 block of Temple Avenue for allegedly assaulting her husband.

A male juvenile was arrested March 9 in the 2100 block of Petit Street in connection with a car burglarly and an attempted home burglary in the 3900 block of Goldenpond Drive.

Vandals caused about $100 in damage to a car parked in the 700 block of Mobil Avenue sometime between March 8 and 9.

A 31-year-old man was assaulted in the 600 block of Las Posas Road on March 9 around 1 a.m.

A 27-year-old man was arrested March 10 in the 250 block of W. Ventura Boulevard after he allegedly stole clothes from the Ross Dress for Less store, 225 W. Ventura Blvd., and knocked down the store's manager, a 39-year-old woman, in an attempt to escape. He was charged with taking of property by force or fear.

A stereo was stolen from an unlocked car parked in the 30 block of N. Lewis Road on March 10.

Between March 4 and March 10, police reported arresting 21 people on suspicion of driving without a license or driving with a suspended license.

During that same time period, two people were arrested and charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, and four people were arrested on various drug charges.
