Health care district seminars

•"What Are the Steps When Death Occurs?" will take place from 6 to 8 p.m. Mon., March 10. Thamara Carranza, advanced planning consultant, will discuss what can be done to ease emotional and financial burdens. Seating is limited.

•From 6:30 to 8 p.m. Tues., March 11 Eileen Gold of Paraclete Eldercare Management Services will discuss 10 lifestyle strategies to preserve and enhance brain functioning.

•Camarillo Police Youth Officer Senior Dep. Julie Novak will be present to answer questions on such topics as Internet predators, cyber bullying and social networking sites in a parentsonly forum, 6:30 to 8 p.m. Wed., March 12.
