Three shoplifters stole about $20 in merchandise from the Smart and Final grocery store, 389 Arniell Road, on Feb. 11.

A burglar broke into the garage of a home in the 900 block of Mobil Avenue sometime between Feb. 11 and 12. An undisclosed amount of property was stolen.

A vandal used a sharp tool to scratch the hood of a car parked in 300 block of Camino Carillo sometime between Feb. 11 and 12.

An unlocked home in the 400 block of Murray Avenue was burglarized Feb. 12 sometime between 9 a.m. and 11:40 a.m. More than $3,000 in property was stolen.

A car parked in the 700 block of Mobil Avenue was burglarized Feb. 13. The burglars stole more than $1,200 in property and caused $300 in damages.

Someone stole the keys from a man in the 2400 block of Las Posas Road on Feb. 13. The thief then used the keys to unlock the victim's car and steal his wallet in addition to other personal property.

Two television monitors and other personal property were stolen from an unlocked car parked in the 200 block of W. Ventura Boulevard on Feb. 13.

Two shoplifters stole more than $80 in merchandise from Revolution, 1775 E. Daily Dr., on Feb. 13.

Burglars broke into the locked equipment storage area of Landscape Systems, Inc., 5456 North Street in Somis, sometime between Feb. 13 and 14 and stole about $9,000 worth of gardening equipment.

Vandals slashed the tire of a car parked in the 300 block of Town Forest Court sometime between Feb. 13 and 14.

A 23-year-old man was arrested Feb. 14 for allegedly trying to use a fake California driver's license and a fraudulent credit card to purchase items at the Sony electronics store, 910 Camarillo Center Drive.

A 46-year-old woman was arrested Feb. 14 for allegedly trying to shoplift more than $400 worth of property from the Kmart store, 940 Arneill Road.

Burglars smashed the window of a car parked in the 300 block of Carmen Drive and stole the victim's purse on Feb. 13. The burglars then tried to use the woman's credit cards at a local gas station.

A thief stole $1,500 in tools from a construction site in the 20 block of Lewis Road on Feb. 14.

Burglars broke into a car parked in the 6200 block of Calle Bodega sometime between Feb. 14 and 15. The burglars reportedly stole the car's registration.

A car was stolen in the 4600 block of Calle Quetzal sometime between Feb. 14 and 15. The stolen car was then set on fire.

A car parked in the 1800 block of Tiffany Court was burglarized sometime between Feb. 14 and 15. The car was the property of the U.S. Navy and $2,000 in property was stolen.

A set of keys to a bank were stolen from an unlocked car parked in the 5100 block of Creekside Road sometime between Feb. 14 and 15.

A 26-year-old man was arrested Feb. 15 around 11 p.m. in the 2500 block of Hartnell Street for allegedly riding his bicycle while drunk.

A 34-year-old man was arrested Feb. 16 at Spanish Hills Country Club, 999 Crestview Drive, for allegedly causing damage to the property and for refusing to leave after being asked to do so by the country club's manager. The man, a guest of a wedding held at the country club, was also charged with resisting arrest.

A 26-year-old man was arrested Feb. 16 for allegedly using a guitar to batter a Ventura County Sheriff's Department deputy in the 400 block of Paseo Camarillo. The man also allegedly used his hands and feet to fight thre deputies before he was arrested on multiple felony charges.

Burglars broke into a business in the 300 block of N. Lantana Drive sometime between Feb. 16 and 18 and stole a laptop computer and a docking station.

Between Feb. 11 and Feb. 18, police reported arresting 15 people for driving without a license or driving with a suspended license. During that same time period, four people were arrested for driving under the influence of a controlled substance and three people were arrested on various drug charges.
