Alma Via to host free mental health seminar

AlmaVia of Camarillo will host a free mental health seminar at 2 p.m. Thurs., March 6 at 2500 Ponderosa Drive North.

The seminar leader is Luke Jackson, director of senior behavioral health for Los Robles Hospital and Medical Center.

Jackson will discuss how to find and utilize community resources, how the system works and outline the options in dealing with a family member who has a mental health disorder.
