CBRE announces top sellers

The Ventura County office of CB Richard Ellis recently announced its top producing brokers of 2007, based on total gross revenue. Of the 27 brokers working out of the Camarillo branch, six will be honored.

Ken Ashen, a longtime office/industrial broker, is No. 1.

Nick Gregg, an industrial/office broker, is No. 2.

No. 3 is David Rush, the office's leading retail broker.

The office brokerage team of Tom Dwyer and Michael Slater is No. 4, while Michael Biahosky took the No. 5 spot.
