Man arrested for alleged stabbing A 22yearold man was arrested Tues., Feb. 5 after he allegedly stabbed a 23-year-old man during a dispute near the intersection of Wolff and Pleasant Valley roads in Camarillo. According to police, at approximately 7 a.m, a verbal argument between Gustavo Herrera and Carlos Morales turned violent when Morales allegedly pulled out a knife and attempted to stab Herrera several times. Herrera was stabbed once in the neck before he was able to get away. He was taken to St. John's Medical Center in Oxnard where he was treated for his injuries and released. Patrol deputies later located Morales and arrested him on charges of assault with a deadly weapon. |
