      A burglar stole more than $400 in jewelry from a home in the 400 block of Commons Park Drive sometime between Jan. 20 and Feb. 10. Thieves stole more than 40 brass sprinkler valves from three different Oxnard farms between Jan. 27 and Feb. 8. The valves are valued at $100 each.
