Donna Gardner

Broker/owner Bob Majorino, the management and staff of Prudential California Realty are pleased to welcome veteran agent Donna Gardner to the Oxnard/Channel Islands office.

Gardner has lived in Ventura County since 1973. She has eight years' experience in real estate, assisting buyers, sellers and investors.

Before her career as a Realtor, Gardner worked as a geriatric social worker for 25 years in skilled nursing facilities. She also had her own business for nine years, a Ventura women's clothing store. She holds her BS degree in Social Science, and her Masters of Public Administration.

Gardner is honest and trustworthy. She is knowledgeable about real estate in Ventura, Santa Paula, Ojai, Oxnard, Port Hueneme, and Camarillo. Gardner grew up in a property-management family, and is familiar with rentals. She also has recent experience in the REO business.

Gardner is an agent who enjoys holding open houses as well as showing property. Within her marketing plan, she sends out color postcards featuring her listed properties.

Gardner is a member of the Ventura County Coastal Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the Nation Association of Realtors. In her spare time, she enjoys bible studies and cooking. She is a representative with expertise for clients wishing to buy or sell property in Ventura County.
