Seminar to include demonstrations

AlmaVia of Camarillo will host a hypnotherapy seminar at 10:15 a.m. Fri., Feb. 29 at 2500 Ponderosa Drive, North in Camarillo.

Medical hypnotherapist Bunny Vreeland will lead the seminar titled "Hypnotherapy: The Wonders of Self-Talk and Application for Pain Management."

Attendees will learn about the basics of hypnotherapy, such as what it is and how it works, in addition to understanding the process of "self-talk."

Vreeland will also demonstrate the relaxation and deep breathing techniques associated with hypnotherapy.

Vreeland received her certificate training at the Neuro Concepts Institute in Laguna Hills. She also studied at Huntington Pacific University where she obtained her clinical hypnotherapy training.
