Julio Gomez

METhe honor for Top Listing Agent in November 2007 for Prudential California Realty's Oxnard/Channel Islands office went to Julio Gomez. Gomez is a well-known agent in Ventura County where he is very active in the community not only listing homes, but selling them. He took the award for Top Listing Agent and Top Selling Agent in October. He has an additional edge with his clientele in that he is bilingual, increasing their comfort level when transactions require Spanish.
