Lecture on safe weight loss strategies at Contours Express

Contours Express will present a weightloss lecture at 7 p.m. Thurs., Jan. 24 at 1727 E. Daily Drive, Ste. C in Camarillo.

Guest speaker Julie Petyak-Ryan, an expert in Oriental medicine, will give a lecture called "Detox for Maximum Weight Loss." She will also discuss strategies of cleansing to lose weight safely and effectively.
