Learn how to reduce risk of heart disease
Free symposium offered by Community Memorial Health System

Community Memorial Health System will begin its 2008 seminar series with a symposium on heart disease from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sat., Feb. 9 at the Spanish Hills Country Club, 999 Crestview Drive in Camarillo.

The symposium will cover the causes and risk factors that contribute to heart disease, dietary and lifestyle changes that can reduce the risk of heart disease, diagnostic and treatment options and practical preventive strategies to reduce the risk of heart and vascular problems.

Speakers will include cardiac, medical, nutrition and surgical specialists.

Admission to the symposium is free, and a light continental breakfast will be served. Space is limited.
