University to break ground for new building

California State University Channel Islands will have a groundbreaking ceremony for the Martin V. Smith Center for Integrative Decision-Making at 10:30 a.m. Thurs., Jan. 24 on the campus.

Reservations must be made by Wed., Jan. 23.
