Homeland Security offices relocate in Camarillo

The United States Department of Homeland Security has signed a long-term lease for approximately 5,100 square feet at Plaza 5051 on Verdugo Way in Camarillo. The office is expected to be ready for occupancy in spring.

Betsy Friedman and Bill Kiefer, with NAI Capital's Oxnard office, represented the developer, Foundation Equities. Blanche Horst, Jorden Kissel and Scott Flanagin, with Staubach Company, represented the tenant.
