Between Dec. 16 and 22, police reported arresting 18 people on suspicion of driving without a license or driving with a suspended license. During that same time period, five people were arrested and charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, 10 people were arrested on various drug charges, and one person was arrested and charged with being drunk in public.
