MGR Design renews lease

MGR Design International renewed their lease of approximately 55,000 square feet and expanded to an additional 25,000 square feet at 1950 Williams Drive in Oxnard. The home fragrance manufacturer signed a five-year lease agreement with the property landlord, RIF III. MGR Design International was represented by the CB Richard Ellis Industrial team comprising Paul Farry, Doug Shaw, Jim Meaney, Corey Baggett and Indira Rodriguez. RIF III was represented by Industrial Park Associates.

A second lease agreement was signed by the landlord, RIF I, with the tenant, Americaware, for a 14,700-square-foot building in the Rexford Industrial Center at 300 Lewis Road in Camarillo. Americaware, a manufacturer of souvenir mugs, shot glasses and tumblers, expanded to Camarillo from their headquarters in Gardena. The Farry, Shaw, Meaney, Baggett and Rodriguez team represented Americaware in the lease negotiations. The landlord was represented by Beitler Commercial.

Mrs. Jones to host toy drive

Mrs. Jones Boudoir, a lingerie boutique at 2068 Ventura Blvd., Camarillo, will host a toy drive benefiting the children of Casa Pacifica. The drive will run from today, Fri., Dec. 5, to Wed., Dec. 24.

New, unwrapped toys may be dropped off at the store. Those making donations will receive a 20 percent discount at Mrs. Jones Boudoir and other participating merchants in Old Town Camarillo.

The toy drive will be part of Old Town Camarillo's Christmas Magic celebration from 5 to 9 p.m. tonight. Live music, drinks and petite bites will be served on the Winter Wonderland Terrace in front of Mrs. Jones Boudoir.
