Carole and Manny Hernandez

Carole Hernandez of Prudential California Realty's Camarillo office was congratulated by Broker/owner Bob Majorino and Branch Manager Jim Chutuk for recently earning her e-Certification.

ECertification recognizes members of the Prudential Network who are competent using the Internet and technology in their real estate business. The first of its kind in the real estate industry, the eCertified designation provides consumers access to technology-savvy real estate professionals.

Along with husband and partner Manny, Hernandez has been representing Ventura County Real Estate clients for nearly four decades. She stays abreast of technology to assist in marketing strategies, generate, send and receive electronic contracts, documents and images, and to employ the latest Internet and computer tools to maintain communication with today's busy home buyer or seller.

E-Certification is not the only designation or recognition Hernandez has received over the years. She and Manny received Platinum Status from Quality Service Certification, Inc., which recognized their exceptional customer service satisfaction. Hernandez is a Fine Homes Specialist and a Certified Relocation Director. She works with commercial properties and 1031 tax deferred exchanges, and also represents ranch properties and equestrian facilities.
