Camarillo, RMHS trying to close the gap on Oxnard
Yellowjackets have dominated PVL girls' volleyball, but the local teams feel like they've got a shot in '08
      It's been a while since a school other than Oxnard High won a Pacific View League championship in girls' volleyball. The Yellowjackets have claimed 10 straight PVL titles, including going undefeated in league play the last two seasons.

Bryans win U.S. Open doubles title
      For the second time in their careers, twins Bob and Mike Bryan won the U.S. Open men's doubles title last week in New York. It was their sixth Grand Slam championship.

Pigskin play begins tonight
