Wants thefts to stop
      A recent newspaper article about thefts of recyclable items from curbside containers came just in time. To help ward against thefts from recyclable containers, I would suggest that the city have each recyclable container labeled with warning stickers in English and Spanish and with a number to call to report the theft.
