More than a year and a half after four Seabees were arrested in connection with the 2006 slaying of John Marmo, they remain behind bars as they await trial. Matthew Toerner, 21, of Laguna Hills, Calif., who has confessed to the shooting in court records, and Marmo's ex-wife Rebecca Braswell, 27, of Chandler, Ariz. More ... The free program, supported by the Lions, teaches those with low vision how to care for themselves without having to move into a retirement home or other care facility.
