A garage door remote control was stolen from an unlocked car parked in the 300 block of N. Mira Flores Court sometime between July 2 and 12.

Thieves stole a 500-gallon tank from Oceanview Produce, 3485 Sturgis Road, sometime between July 4 and 7.

Three cars parked at Adolfo Camarillo High School, 4660 Mission Oaks Blvd., were burglarized July 7.

Vandals smashed two windows of a car parked in the 800 block of N. Calle Circulo sometime between July 7 and 8.

A car parked in the 100 block of Bellafonte Court was burglarized sometime between July 7 and 8. About $400 was stolen and $200 in damages was reported.

A 41-year-old man was arrested July 8 in the 2200 block of Pickwick Drive on charges of prowling, battery and trespassing in the 2300 block of San Ysidro Street.

According to police reports, Stephan Wayne Bennett, 45, was arrested July 8 in the 3800 block of Fountain Street after he used a knife and a gun to threaten a 37-year-old man who was repossessing his car around 8:30 a.m. The man hired to repossess the car ran away when Bennett pointed a gun at him. Bennett then tried to free his car from the back of the tow truck.

A 35-year-old man was arrested July 9 near the Las Posas Road onramp of the southbound 101 Freeway for an undisclosed felony warrant.

A 22-year-old male was suspected July 8 of allegedly kicking in the door of an apartment in the 500 block of Rosewood Avenue and tried to enter the residence.

A pickpocket stole a credit card from a purse of a woman in the 300 block of Arneill Road on July 8.

A customer of Nail Pros and Spa, 726 Arneill Road, walked out of the salon and did not pay a $35 bill on July 8.

About $20 was reported stolen from a residence in the 100 block of Via Cantilena July 8.

Someone stole a bank deposit bag containing $480 in cash and checks from Crowny's Wholesale, 399 S. Lewis Road, on July 8.

Vandals caused approximately $3,000 in damages to the clubhouse roof of a building in a park in the 5500 block of Mission Oaks Boulevard sometime between July 8 and 9.

Approximately $200 in property was stolen from an unlocked car parked in the 600 block of Corte Elegante sometime between July 8 and 9.

Thieves stole nearly $5,000 in farming equipment from Cambry Farms, 3302 Central Ave., sometime between July 9 and 11. According to police reports, the thieves pushed down a fence to gain entry to the property.

A vandal attempted to set fire to three vehicles, a mailbox and a trashcan and tree on July 10 in the 5000 block of Alta Colina and the 5000 block of Creekside Street.

Two men, ages 25 and 28, were arrested July 10 in the 3200 block of Mission Oaks Boulevard on multiple felony burglary charges for allegedly stealing over $2,100 in property from a construction site in the 3200 block of Westpark Court earlier that night. The two men reportedly fled from deputies on foot and ran across both southbound and northbound lanes of the 101 Freeway before they were arrested.

A 25-year-old male is suspected of battery and trespassing in the 2200 block of Barry Street on July 10.

Thieves knocked down a locked, gated fence of Mariposa Horticulture, 4790 Los Angeles Ave., in Somis sometime between July 10 and 11 and stole $6,100 in property.

An undisclosed amount of property was stolen from an unlocked car parked in the 2800 block of McColloch Drive sometime between July 10 and 11.

A laptop computer was stolen from an unlocked home in the 1700 block of Loma Drive sometime between July 11 and 13.

A 19-year-old male was arrested July 11 near the intersection of Arneill Road and Barry Street for allegedly threatening a family member with a deadly weapon.

A 28-year-old man was arrested July 11 in the 1100 block of E. Ventura Boulevard on multiple out of county warrants.

A 25-year-old man was arrested July 11 near the intersection of Las Posas and Arneill roads for allegedly hitting his girlfriend and for damaging her car.

A stereo was stolen from a car parked in the 600 block of Rowland Avenue sometime between July 11 and 12.

A 30-year-old woman was arrested July 12 in the 3700 block of Dufau Road for allegedly stealing $7,000 in jewelry from a family member.

Burglars smashed the front door of Bandits Bar and Grill, 1980 Ventura Blvd., on July 13 and ransacked the eatery. Nothing was reported stolen.

A 51yearold man and 52yearold woman were both arrested July 13 in the 100 block of Valencia Drive on charges of spousal battery and for being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Unknown customers used counterfeit money to pay for their room at the Good Nite Inn, 1100 Ventura Blvd., on July 13.

Between July 8 and 13, police reported arresting five people for driving without a license or driving with a suspended license. During that same time period, three people were arrested for driving under the influence of a controlled substance, six people were arrested on various drug charges and one person was arrested for being drunk in public.
