BMW grand prize at safe and sober after-prom party
      Adolfo Camarillo High School parents are planning this year's After Prom Party for the school's seniors and their dates from midnight Sat., May 24 to 5 a.m. Sun., May 25 at the Roxy Theaters. This is the 16th year ACHS has sponsored a "safe and sober" party to encourage students to have fun in a safe and supervised environment.

Theater presents 'Velveteen Rabbit'
      The Ojai Art Center Theater presentation of "The Velveteen Rabbit" is continuing through May 18 at the theater, 113 S. Montgomery St., Ojai. The play is based on the 1922 story by Margery Williams about a shabby toy bunny who is beloved by a child.
