Glassworks, winery, electrical supply companies to occupy industrial building Four separate lease agreements were negotiated and signed over the past few months at the Rexford Industrial Center, 300 Lewis Road in Camarillo. The landlord, Rexford Industrial, purchased the property in 2003 and remodeled it to create 12 separate suites ranging in size from 8,000 square feet to 50,000 square feet. Rexford Industrial was represented in the negotiations of all four leases by the CB Richard Ellis industrial team comprising Paul Farry, Doug Shaw, Jim Meaney and Indira Rodriguez. The first lease involved Wizard Art Glass, which leased an 11,000square-foot unit to house the company's restaurant decor operations. A second lease was signed by Daume Winery for a 10,000square-foot unit. Daume Winery is a small winery specializing in fine dinner wine. Wizard Art Glass was represented by Lee & Associates, and Daume Winery was represented by Told Corporation. A third lease, signed by Art Glass Millworks Inc., was for an 18,000-square-foot space to house the company's door sales and distribution operations. In this deal, the CBRE Farry, Shaw, Meaney and Rodriguez team also represented the Art Glass Millworks Inc. In the final lease agreement, B&B Electric Sales leased a 24,600-square-foot space to house their electrical supply distributorship. B&B was represented by Paul Jacobs.
