Help for Alzheimer's caregivers

The California Southland Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association has several resources available for families living with caregiving responsibilities for a person with Alzheimer's disease during the holiday season.

They suggest those interested call their 24/7 Helpline at (800) 272-3900 for suggestions to help ease the stress of caregiving.

Alzheimer's Association holiday fact sheets are available, including "Hints for Coping with the Holiday," "Holiday Gift Ideas for People with Alzheimer's" and "Coping and Caring through the Holidays." For additional information visit the website at www.alz.org/californiasouthland.
