Students give Rio Mesa a makeover

MANY HANDS MAKE LIGHT WORK- Rio Mesa High School students worked last Saturday to help revamp the Oxnard campus during their biannual Beautification Day. The day of planting, raking and trash clearing was organized by RMHS parents Jill Scholler and Karen Di Marcello. More than 50 students attended the beautification effort that began at 8 a.m. and finished at noon. The students planted trees and flowers to help give their campus a fresh look for the second half of the school year.
